The title can be achieved by taking part in advanced Specialization courses (with a minimum length of two years) or by acquiring proven experience. Said courses must follow the directives set by the National Bar Association (CNF), the Scuola Superiore dell\u2019Avvocatura (SSA) and the Ministry of Justice, in terms of agreement with the legal departments of various Law faculties.<\/p>\n<p>On the 24<sup>th <\/sup>of May 2014 UFDU was included in the list of most representative Bar Associations under art. 5, subsection 3, letter b) of the regulation 11 April 2013 no 1.<\/p>\n<p>The Ruling by Ministerial order no. 144 of the 12<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0of August 2015, published on the 15<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0of September 2015 in GU no. 214, sets out the regulation to obtain and maintain the title of Specialist Lawyer, and at art. 7 it clarifies that the National Bar Association, in collaboration with the most representative Specialist Associations, can promote courses to achieve such title.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 14 of the Ruling recognises the legitimacy and validity of the two-year courses organised by the Associations.<\/p>\n<p>UFDU has carried out advanced education activities since 1999.<\/p>\n<p>On the 9<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0of March 2017, UFDU and the SSA have concluded a memorandum of understanding initiating Specialization courses in accordance to Law No 247 of the 31<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0of December 2012.<\/p>\n<p>UFDU also concluded a convention with the Sapienza University of Rome on the 21<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0of April 2017 and collaborated with the University of Florence and the University of Milan to organise Specialization courses in the field of international law.<\/p>\n<p>The School has two headquarters (Milan and Rome) and various branches (activated with a minimum of 10 participants), that will be connected to the headquarters via videoconference and offer tutors and academic assistance.<\/p>\n<p>The total length of the course is two years (200 hours).<\/p>\n<p>Registration is open for lawyers that have signed up to one of the Bar Associations.<\/p>\n<p>The maximum number of participants at the headquarters is 80, whilst the minimum number for the branches is set at 30 participants.<\/p>\n<p>Further information will be included in future notices.<\/p>\n<p>View here:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unionedirittiumani.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/UnioneForenseperlaTuteladeiDirittiUmani-UFTDU.pdf\">Decision<\/a>\u00a0of the National Bar Association.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unionedirittiumani.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/convenzione-SSA-UFTDU.pdf\">Agreement<\/a>\u00a0between the SSA and the Unione.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unionedirittiumani.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/convenzione-Sapienza-giurisp-UFTDU.pdf\">Agreement<\/a>\u00a0between Sapienza University of Rome and the Unione.<\/p>\n\t<div id=\"gap-1124540917\" class=\"gap-element clearfix\" style=\"display:block; height:auto;\">\n\t\t\n<style>\n#gap-1124540917 {\n  padding-top: 50px;\n}\n<\/style>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"page-blank.php","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-9555","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
